Erik Knive Skodvin (Miasmah)

Born in Norway but recently relocated to Berlin, Erik works freelance as a graphic designer and makes music under the aliases Svarte Greiner & Deaf Center.

His label project Miasmah.com released 63 free downloadable EPs, albums and singles from 1999 - 2006 before going on to become Miasmah Recordings and making the switch to CD & Vinyl formats. Erik is responsible for Miasmah's unique visual profile, evolving steadily alongside the musical output from day one.

Featured in Capsule 01 is a complete set of images to accompany Deaf Center's 'Pale Ravine' LP on Type Records.
